Stillness through Movement...
. . . is the central concept of our classes, rooted in the idea that everything in life is in constant transformation and movement. Whether it is the flow of emotions and thoughts, daily challenges or the changing circumstances around us, nothing is permanent. Therefore, achieving a state of inner stillness becomes essential to navigate with clarity and awareness the fluctuations of life.
Just as in life, where we are often challenged to adapt and evolve, the practice of Yoga invites us to get in tune with our own rhythm, to harmonize the body and mind and to discover that, even in movement, we can reach a deep state of calm regardless of external circumstances.
Our classes stand out for:
Attention to the capabilities, needs and goals
of each practitioner
Physical purification/detoxification for more mental clarity and an inflammation-free body
Adjustments/modifications (physical or verbal) for an effective practice with reduced risk of injury.
Promotion of essential physical functions: strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination
Prioritising correct postural alignment to enhance the flow of vital energy
A spirit of community among practitioners, where everyone is accepted and welcomed.
Progression, overcoming challenges and gradual individual growth
Innovation and creativity so that every class is a unique journey to YOUR center.
Practice is our best teacher. Only through experience we can teach authentically .
We teach what we practice

YOGA FLOW
Primarily inspired by the dynamic Vinyasa method, although also incorporating elements of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, these classes emphasise fluid and continuous movement between asanas (postures), synchronised with the breath, while promoting presence, focus and a state of meditation in movement . Each participant is invited to cultivate a state of silence and self-observation that teaches how to cultivate an inner peace that does not depend on the absence of movement, but rather on the ability to accept our nature and life as it is, finding stability and calmness in the midst of an ever-changing world.
-
Energy balance through Kriyas (purification practices) & Pranayama (breathing exercises)
-
Improves focus and facilitates the transition to deeper states of meditation, through the practice of Dharana ( concentration)

Aerial Yoga
It is a unique practice that derives from the traditional Yoga with ropes "Kurunta", combined with aerial acrobatic arts, bringing a challenging yet liberating experience of being suspended in the air. In each posture, the practitioner goes beyond not only physically but also emotionally, finding balance, strength and confidence within themselves. It becomes an opportunity to challenge the limits imposed by the mind, discover new abilities and forms of movement, overcome challenges and the growth of the individual. Although accessible to everyone, we suggest some prior experience with Yoga.

Yin Yoga
These classes take a gentler, more restorative, yet powerful approach that goes beyond the physical, touching the deeper, more subtle layers of the being.
The perfect invitation to slow down, relax and revitalize .
It consists of practicing a short sequence of postures, strategically chosen to stimulate the main meridians (energy channels) according to Traditional Chinese Medicine , unblocking the flow of energy and promoting the balance of the functioning of the organs and viscera . In addition, the focus on remaining in the postures for long periods, generally 3 to 5 minutes, allows for deep work of the connective tissues , especially the muscular fascia, which due to factors such as stress, traumatic emotional experiences, poor posture or injuries, can become rigid and adhered, limiting mobility and causing discomfort/physical tension.
