YANG VINYASA
Mobility, Coordination, Fluidity & Vitality
A dynamic and energising practice inspired by the traditional Ashtanga method, where movement and breath come together through fluid, progressive sequences. Fluidity does not mean a lack of structure: it means learning to move without rigidity, maintaining direction while responding to what arises. The Yang quality is expressed through rhythm, strength, action, concentration and the ability to sustain energy when faced with challenge. Designed for experienced Yoga practitioners.

ALIGN & FLOW
Postural Alignment, Body Awareness & Intentional Movement
A practice with a therapeutic focus, suitable for those beginning their Yoga journey. It combines the technical and bio-mechanical exploration of postures with fluid sequences coordinated with the breath. It is neither a static alignment class nor a fast-paced Vinyasa. It is movement with intention and precision. The aim is to develop a deeper understanding of the body, allowing movement to become simultaneously freer, more stable and more conscious.

YIN RESTORE
Presence, Listening, Release & Renewal
A slow-paced, meditative, and restorative practice. We remain in postures for longer periods, mostly supported by props, creating space to reduce voluntary muscular effort and observe the sensations that arise with greater depth. The Yin quality invites us to receive rather than constantly seek to do. Throughout the classes, we may integrate meditation, somatic awareness, myofascial release and asana sequences inspired by the Five Elements and meridian system of Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting energetic balance and reorganisation.

AERIAL KURUNTA
Support, Expansion, Expression & Growth
A modern adaptation of Yoga Kuruṇṭa, using Aerial fabrics as a support to explore Yoga postures both in suspension and on the mat. The fabric allows us to relate to gravity in a different way: it can support the body in challenging postures, create new possibilities for movement, and offer different points of reference for orientation in space. By removing some of our usual points of contact with the ground, we are invited to develop body awareness, confidence, adaptability and courage when exploring unfamiliar positions. Support does not necessarily remove the challenge — it transforms it. This relationship between support and challenge can help us recognise not only physical limitations, but also fears and mental resistance.

POSTURAL YOGA
Precision, Stability & Understanding of the Postures
A practice inspired by the Iyengar method, particularly suitable for those beginning Yoga, wishing to better understand body organisation or looking to refine the foundations that support more dynamic practices.
In this class, each posture becomes a space for learning. Through precise guidance and the mindful use of props, practitioners learn to observe the direction of each action, the distribution of effort, and the relationship between different parts of the body.

PRIVATE SESSIONS 1:1
Experience a personalised Yoga practice, adapted to your individual needs, body and goals.
Whether you are looking for support with an injury or physical limitation, wish to improve postural alignment, manage stress, explore meditation or receive more individualised guidance along your Yoga journey, each session is shaped around you.
This 1:1 approach allows you to better understand your body, respect its own rhythm, and direct the practice towards what you truly need — creating space for a more conscious, safe, and consistent progression.
We may practise together, but each of us walks our own path
At first, Yoga begins with movement and, little by little, becomes a way of listening. It becomes a personal practice that meets you exactly where you are, gradually shifting from something you do into a space you learn to inhabit.
