Site Usage
The Satvic Alchemy site is available to visitors and registered users.
- Visitors: Users who have not registered on the site but wish to explore it. No login is required for visitors, who can browse the public content of the site, book services, contact us, and access information about our services.
- Registered Users: Users who have created an account on the site have access to additional features, such as purchasing products and services, accessing exclusive content, and managing their profile.
It is the responsibility of users to provide true and up-to-date information during the registration process. If we detect any irregularities or false information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
Terms of Participation in Classes and Events
To participate in our classes, workshops or events, you must register through our site or directly via email/WhatsApp, with payment preferably made in person at the time of the scheduled class, workshop, or event.
- Cancellation and Refunds: We accept the cancellation of Yoga classes (no extra charge): Up until 12:00 PM on the day of the class, for an afternoon class or up until 8:00 PM the day before, for a morning class. Cancellations after these times or in case of no-show will result in the charge of the class fee or the deduction of the class from the package of classes/monthly payment, except for justified health emergencies. Cancellations of workshops and events must be made at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a full refund. If the studio cancels the event in any of the cases described above, the option of a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Health and Safety: By registering for our classes and events, the user declares to be in adequate physical condition for the practice of yoga. You should also inform the instructor in advance if you have any health conditions, injuries or physical limitations. It is also recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting any physical activity. Satvic Alchemy and its staff are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during activities.

Terms of Conducting Therapies and Consultations
Please note that in a therapeutic and consultation context, all information provided does not replace any other medical advice and our therapies do not substitute medical or any other healthcare professional's treatment. On the contrary, we promote collaboration and partnership with conventional healthcare professionals and encourage that your doctor should be informed about any service you are already receiving at Satvic Alchemy or your conscious desire to adopt a different and more natural approach to your health.
Additionally, it is important to highlight that our services involve natural methods and lifestyle modifications. While many people may experience positive effects, there are no absolute guarantees of specific results. Outcomes may vary depending on individual factors, adherence to recommendations, proper application of guidance and other variables. It is therefore of utmost importance that the client honestly and truthfully informs the Satvic Alchemy therapist, who will provide the services, about their current health condition, as well as any questions/concerns they may have about the recommendations and guidance provided during the therapy or consultation.

- Cancellation and Refunds: We accept session cancellations with the option of rescheduling. However, we request that you contact us in advance so that we can make the spot available to another interested client. If the studio cancels the session in any of the cases described above, the option of a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and harmonious environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:
- Use the site responsibly in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any illegal purpose;
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users, not disclosing personal information of third parties without consent;
- Refrain from abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory or offensive behaviour that promotes violence;
- Do not use the site for unauthorised commercial activities;
- Do not attempt to access unauthorised data or compromise the site's security;
- Report any inappropriate content or violation of rules to our team.
Any violation of these rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of access to the site and studio services.
Site Changes and Service Suspension
Satvic Alchemy reserves the right to modify or temporarily discontinue the site and the services offered on it at any time for technical, administrative or others major reasons. We will do our best to notify users of any significant changes.
