Vibrational and energetic therapy that acts on the most subtle layers of the being, known in different traditions as Prana or Qi. Considering that health disorders are not only physical issues, but also energetic imbalances, this therapy aims to restore the harmonious flow of energy through various techniques, whether through touch, energy manipulation ( Prana therapy ) or the application of crystal therapy , chromotherapy and sound therapy .

 Ayurvedic Lymphatic Drainage (Neerabhyanga) with the purpose of achieving deep detoxification, reduce general inflammation, boost immunity, reduce swelling (fluid retention), improve circulatory capacity, prevent lymphedema, aid in post-operative recovery, enhance skin health and revitalize the body.

It combines various release techniques depending on client's needs. These include assisted stretches from Thai Yoga Massage, slow sustained pressure gliding for Myofascial Release, Acupressure on specific points of the body to align/stimulate energy flow and promote well-being, as well as focusing on deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues through a firmer and more vigorous touch (Deep Tissue).​

It is ideal for those in need to release deeply rooted tension in the body, relief specific pain and discomfort, while aiding in rehabilitation and injury prevention, as well as improving overall body functionality.

Spine Therapies  for conditions such as low back pain, sciatic pain, neck pain, herniated discs, spondylosis, chronic tension pain, muscle strains, piriform's syndrome and stiffness of the spine or neck.

We use various techniques such as cupping therapy, acupunture and the application of heat with Herbal Pindas, Moxibustion and TDP Lamp (Infrared). These methods aim to relieve pain and muscle tension, increase circulation to nourish tissues and enhance rehabilitation, as well as reduce local inflammation.

By addressing the spine, we also work on the nervous system consequently.

Personalised sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, focusing on particular issues such as gastrointestinal imbalances, shoulder/knee pain, eye/hearing conditions, mental conditions (such as anxiety and depression) or even reproductive system/women's health  disorders.
